Led by Kira Selah, a Red Seal Chef with an Associate’s Degree in Culinary and Business Management and nearly 30 years of experience in culinary operations, project coordination, and business management, Venn Ops brings deep, hands-on knowledge of food systems, hospitality, and nonprofit infrastructure.

 

From managing commercial kitchen builds to optimizing workflows and coaching food-based entrepreneurs, Venn Ops offers grounded, experiential insight—not just recommendations. We work alongside clients to conduct tailored operational assessments, uncover strengths and challenges, and implement solutions that lead to greater efficiency, stronger performance, and alignment between purpose and process.
